All Orders are shipped within 1-2 days of receiving your Order.

For made to order items please allow 2 weeks to be created..and then shipped, in most cases, it will be a lot sooner than that although not able to warrant that.

Australia

$10 fee will apply to All finished Jewellery - Jewellery Making Supplies and Kit, orders under $50 shipped within Australia.

Free Shipping within Australia, with Australia Post

All of our finished Jewellery, Jewellery Making Supplies and Kit, orders above $50  are shipped Free within Australia and they come with a tracking number that we will provide you with the link when we notify you that your order has been sent.

International shipping

We're more than happy to ship your order internationally (outside of Australia).

Shipping costs for international destination vary depending upon your location but, starts from $22.00AUD for up to 500 grams.

All international deliveries now come with tracking and we will provide you with a link to tracking details when we notify you that your order has been sent.

 Items are shipped from Sydney, Australia and are sent to customers all over the world.

Shipping to developed countries outside of Australia generally takes between 4 to 12 business days, but please allow extra time if international post tends to be slow to arrive in your location and also for possible checking by customs officials in your country.

 

All orders from our online jewellery shop are shipped by Australia Post and are delivered to customers all over the world. Generally, deliveries are reliable within and from Australia and it is very rare for items to go missing in transit.

However, if your order has been posted and has not arrived after 8 business days within Australia or 14 business days outside of Australia, please contact us (note that business days are Monday to Friday in Australia) to resolve the issue.

 

Returns Policy

 

A lot of love and great care has been taken into creating all our jewellery.

 sometimes something goes wrong with an online order and you need to get an exchange or a refund.

If your item is faulty,  or if we made an error please contact us on receipt of your order.

We genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase and all effort will be taken so that you are. Please contact us immediately on receipt of your parcel.

Please Note: Items to be returned or exchanged need to be unworn, with original labels and packaging and instructions within 30 days of delivery.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
